I got to talk to my good friend Miranda for a few precious minutes earlier today and was able to successfully rant to her about my lost carpool. Carpool arrangements are still quite stressful and up in the air. I am working with the mother of another senior to make one of the carpool possibilities work, but it doesn’t appear that the other one is going to work. This is going to be a royal pain in the but for Thursdays and Fridays. Tuesdays might also be a real pain due to a digital music class I am taking that day. I just wish this one girl could have stayed in the daily both ways carpool that we had for the last two years. It is very stressful for me to not know how I am getting home in the afternoon.

I didn’t go to my job at the library yesterday because of my cold. It has getting slightly worse today and my parents are debating whether I am going to school or not tomorrow morning. All depends on what the day muse brings. Hope she isn’t a failure like my muse!

In website news, I have made a domain hosting offer to the owner of cel3stial Miranda. I hope she accepts, for she only has a minute amount of space and her randomness attitude would really spike up the close attitude of this website. Also if you haven’t noticed yet, I have updated the contents pages. They now are in their proper order, in terms of parent and child pages. Sadly they didn’t autolink like they were suppose to. But I linked them manually. The various website blog badges have been posted.

I am completely obsessed with death note. I might go as far as buy the mangas. Which would be a significant first for me, because I can’t really afford long series style mangas. Each book is nearly 10 dollars and since you need to buy them in bulk, that doesn’t help your pocket book. Yagami Raito is my favorite character, in that I feel strongly about his portrayal in the anime, but my favorite overal character is L Lawliet.

I did some archery yesterday and I finally got around to getting the pictures of my dads iphone. I hope you enjoy. The picture of the paper plate was of my arrow. Which was shot from about 100 yards away.

I remember a couple years ago when I had chemistry when we burnt the oil out of potato chips, it was a pretty interesting lab, but what I really liked was making flame throwers (Our chemistry teacher was a nut, and he only worked at our school the year that I had him).  The flame thrower lab was to demonstrate that flour with more surface area would burn easier than the dense flour that you would have poured out.  When we poured it onto the desk, it would just smolder… but when you add a funnel, a tube to blow it into the air, and someone to hold the bunsen burner under the flour that flies through the air, you get a big flame.  I’m pretty sure I left my mark in my highschool that year (Singed the ceiling).  My favorite part of chemistry though was the big booms, I don’t remember what chemicals he mixxed, but our teacher made an explosion that sounded like a shotgun, just as other students were passing by the classroom.  They literally hit the floor, it was really funny.  I’m feeling so nostalgic now… I miss those days and can’t believe I’m already a senior.

What did I do today… or rather, yesterday?  I honestly don’t remember much (I guess it’s that lack of sleep I’ve been so fond of lately) most of my day was spent playing bass with Levi, my guitarist.  We’ve been trying to get together with this drummer that we met recently, but there are a few problems.  First off, he needs a new drum set.  That’s probably the biggest one, can’t have a drummer without drums, but he says he should be able to buy some in a week or so, but I have a really nice electronic set in my basement just collecting dust.  Problem with THAT though is that they are technically my dad’s, and he throws a hissy fit whenever I touch his stuff.  I’ll probably see what I can do about that.  The other problem is that Travis, the drummer, lives across town, and my amp isn’t exactly portable.  I have a big old fender bass amp and it is by no means light .

Other than that, I messed around on the internet for a while watching random stupid videos and then finally watched a couple movies until about 4 a.m.

Sorry to hear that you’re coming down with the flu, Anna.  I hope you get over that soon =/.  It’s been a while since I’ve been sick, I think I’m overdue >.>

Picture day two days in a row. How can that possibly be all that fair? What did I do to warrent two days worth of pictures.

I don’t believe I announced this to the public, but two users will be joining the blog shortly. Zike has already joined and he presented us with the previous post. In other site news all general pages and style sheets are valid. The quilt, is not valid, do to an issue in the script itself, for otherwise I can’t find the issue, but the Goddess knows I tried. I still need to get a decent graphical counter, and if you can suggest one, that would be excellent. Also a mood script other then PhpCurrently is required for this website to function properly.

I am insanely obsessed with Death Note - The anime. In the past two days I have watched the first 26 episodes. Yes 26 episodes.

As for school, I am continuing my studies. I have realised that we are having a lab monday, we are extracting fat from potato chips. This should be terribly fun. I can’t wait till we get to do the sheep brain. Some would say that is fortunately not till next term. But I would argue that some of us may already know about anatomy and we should be sent along faster then the others.

Not knowing what to write!  It’s been so long since I’ve heard from you, but now that I know of this maybe it’ll be easier to stay in contact again.  Where better to be on my first blog than here, good to have you back :P.

Evening folks, what an interesting day. It would be really nice if someone would comment on here, but I guess that is too much to ask of people. I am in the process of setting up a webcalender and a portfolio on this website. After that I need to find a copy of Flinx or a similar program for fanlistings. After all this is up and running, I shall validate both websites. Validation of websites has two purposes in my opinion, you allow people on legacy browsers to see your website well, and you allow for other browsers to all see the same clean webpage. It is my mission at “foodfordeath” to provide a clean, wellcoded and consise website that doesn’t hurt ones eyes.

I am sad to say, that my idiotic 404 page can’t say much about its coding. On the validator it displayed 95 errors. That is relatively sad. But with hard work and editing of the images slightly. I was able to get it to work. It along with the rest of my website is valid xhtml transitional 1.0 or Valid html 4.0.1 transitional. My css is also valid 2.1. Please note I will be having two addition users joining this blog. So if you see someone different posting, it is them.
